These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding and enforceable contract between you (“User”) and Live247Free (“the Provider”). By accessing, browsing, or using Live247Free.online (“the Service”), you hereby declare your irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Access to the Service is strictly contingent upon full compliance with this agreement.

The Service operates globally and is managed via third-party infrastructure. These Terms establish the exclusive legal framework for the use of the Service, overriding any prior communications or understandings.

1. Scope of Service and Third-Party Infrastructure

The Service functions as a curated digital directory for live webcam streams. Content is primarily delivered through embedded players from third-party platforms (including, but not limited to, YouTube and professional webcam networks) or via M3U8/HLS technical protocols.

1.1 Ownership Limitation: The Provider does not own, operate, or control the camera hardware or the source content of the streams. The Provider shall not be held responsible for stream availability, content accuracy, visual quality, or interruptions.

1.2 Technical Infrastructure: Hosting and domain services are provided by third-party vendors (e.g., Namecheap). These vendors are technical intermediaries only. The Provider reserves the right to migrate the Service to any other infrastructure without notice. Such migration does not alter the User’s obligations or the Provider’s liability limitations.

1.3 Complete Content Disclaimer and Third-Party Responsibility

The Provider operates solely as a passive technical aggregator and curator of publicly available live streams. The Provider does not create, produce, edit, supervise, moderate, endorse, or control any content displayed within any live stream accessible through the Service.

All live broadcasts, visual materials, audio, events, individuals, actions, environments, and occurrences shown during any stream are exclusively generated, transmitted, and controlled by the originating broadcaster and/or the hosting platform, including but not limited to YouTube or other third-party streaming services.

The Provider has no involvement whatsoever in the operation of the cameras, the selection of viewpoints, the timing of broadcasts, or any real-world activities captured on the streams. Accordingly, all responsibility, liability, and legal accountability for the content rests solely and exclusively with:

3.2 Third-Party Rights: All streams and trademarks visible via the Service remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a stream via the Service does not grant the User any license or ownership rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE PROVIDER, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. THIS EXCLUSION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, EVEN IF THE PROVIDER WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the User’s breach of these Terms or the User’s infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

This agreement and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive and sole jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to this Service. The User hereby waives any objection to this venue based on forum non-conveniens or any other grounds.

10. Final Provisions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments are effective immediately upon posting. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.
